Return Policy
At Rugazy, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Items marked as fall sale cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service at Rugazy.brand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back.
3. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
• In case of an exchange, shipping for the new item will be covered by us.

Exchanges

• If you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us at Rugazy.brand@gmail.com to start the process.
• Exchanges are subject to item availability.

Shipping Returns

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
